| There are three classifications of memberships: Full,
Associate, and Honorary. Full members are Registered Nurses that hold an organizational role of administration/management who are accountable for strategic, operational/or management performance outcomes in sites where health care is delivered, consultants in nursing administration/management practice, persons employed by Allied Hospital Associations or JCAHO, editors, of professional nursing journals, deans, directors, and faculty in graduate nursing administration programs, and executive directors of NONE chapters. Associate members are registered nurses who are students enrolled in a relevant degree program with a career path in nursing administration. Honorary members are individuals who were in good standing as members at the time of retirement. Honorary membership is reserved for distinguished members of the nursing profession who have made significant contributions to NONE.
