The Nebraska Hospital Association provided testimony or letters for the following legislative bills:
 
   
  • Advocacy Alert: Opposition to President's deficit reduction proposals pertaining to CAHs (10/8/11)
     
  • Special Bulletin: Medicaid copayments - Effective for dates of service on or after October 15, 2011, DHHS will implement changes to copayments for certain Medicaid services. Services that will have copayments established or increased include: certain durable medical equipment exceeding $50; generic and brand name drugs; inpatient hospital admissions; and mental health/substance abuse visits.
